Are dogs allowed?
Yes, dogs are welcome with us by prior arrangement. In selected rooms your dog can join you for a surcharge of € 20.00 per day (food not included). Dogs are allowed in: Double Room Schafgarbe, Double Room Alpenrose, Nature Room Arnika (in some rooms) and Single Room Löwenzahn.
Do you cater for food intolerances or special dietary needs?
Of course. Just let us know when booking what you need to avoid or any special requests you have – we will take care of it.
Is there a charging station for electric cars?
Yes, while you relax, your car can recharge at one of our three charging stations – available around the clock.
Is parking available at the hotel?
Yes, parking is free for our guests. A secure, covered car park is right at the house.
Is there a bus stop nearby and can public transport be used for free?
Yes. A bus stop is about 70 m from the hotel with a good connection from Merano. Arrival from Sterzing via the Jaufen Pass is possible from mid-June to mid-September. With the GuestCard, which you can receive on request even before your arrival, you can use all public buses and trains across South Tyrol free of charge.
What is your cancellation policy?
There is no right of withdrawal pursuant to the Italian Consumer Protection Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005). However, we grant the following cancellation conditions:
- Cancellation up to 40 days before arrival: € 30.00 handling fee
- Cancellation up to 31 days before arrival: 20 % of the total amount
- Cancellation up to 22 days before arrival: 50 % of the total amount
- Cancellation up to 15 days before arrival: 60 % of the total amount
- Cancellation up to 8 days before arrival: 90 % of the total amount
For cancellations less than 8 days before arrival, no-shows, early departures or late arrivals, we charge 100 % of the total amount, minus any deposit already paid. Any deposit already paid will be refunded in the form of a voucher.
